Acropolis Bio-Harvest Olive Oil and Mousto Balsamic Vinegar

This pack from Acropolis includes Mousto Balsamic vinegar, made with Romeiki grapes and created from an ancient recipe. The grape must is extracted from the grapes and mixed with red wine vinegar to give it a full, fruity sweetness. Aging the mixture for six to seven years builds layers of complex and robust flavour. Drizzle it over salads and on grilled meats and pastas for an experience that is pure, simple and divine.

Though Bio-Harvest Extra-Virgin Olive Oil has not been certified organic, Acropolis does not use any chemicals or pesticides on its Bio-Harvest crop either. The flavour is more subtle than the brand’s Certified Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Both Bio-Harvest and Certified Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oils are certified kosher, raw, cold-pressed, hand-picked, and only made from the Koroneiki variety, also known as the “king of olives.”

Olive oil is rich in minerals and antioxidants that can help keep your heart healthy, may help prevent certain cancers and diabetes, and can also help with digestion. To preserve maximum taste and freshness, store in a cool, dark place away from extreme temperatures; with proper storage, the product will keep for up to two years.
