This pack from Acropolis includes Mousto Balsamic vinegar, made with Romeiki grapes and created from an ancient recipe. The grape must is extracted from the grapes and mixed with red wine vinegar to give it a full, fruity sweetness. Aging the mixture for 6 to 7 years builds layers of complex and robust flavour.

The pack also includes Honey Balsamic Vinegar, made from a mixture of grape must and organic red wine vinegar aged in oak barrels along with local honey that comes from bees that gather nectar from flowers and thyme bushes on the island of Crete. The balsamic vinegar is mixed with the perfect proportion of honey for a taste that’s not too tart or too sweet.

The products are 100% natural, free from preservatives, additives, dyes, cane sugar, caramel, guar gum, corn flour, corn syrup and sodium.
